High Holy Days

The High Holy Days are one of Judaism’s vestiges of the ancient Temple in Jerusalem. At VOS we connect ancient rite and spectacle to our contemporary lives and yearnings to inspire and revitalize. Over the course of the Days of Awe, from 800 - 1,200 souls gather together for reflection, prayer, remembering, laughter, tears and connection. Come begin your Jewish new year with us!

High holiday services are offered via free Livestream to those who are at college, out-of-town, home- or hospital-bound. Simply click the link above.

Our High Holy Day services are held in the spectacular Shepherd Church sanctuary. This gorgeous place of worship is very comfortable, offers state-of-the-art technology, easy accessibility and is free of iconography. It is our privilege to be guests of the Shepherd Church community and its spiritual leader, Pastor Dudley Rutherford.
